VTC WOMEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE MONTH. NOVEMBER
Congratulations to Gabrielle Norwood for earning the VTC Women's basketball player of the month.
Gabrielle Norwood has been our glue player this month. Aside from her stats, she has given the Lady Knight's her best every single game. Playing multiple roles, she has been instrumental in giving us solid stats across the board. In 8 games Norwood has scored a total of 147 points, ranking her 3rd in the nation in total points scored. In the first game of the season, she stamped her mark on the league with 23 points going 4/9 from the arc. In the last four games, Gabby has averaged a double-double in the last 4 games. Coach Miller added, "she plays despite nagging injuries, providing leadership on and off the court, without her contributions we would not have the success we have had."
